Eligibility for Returns

  2. Condition of Item:
    • The mattress must be in its original condition, free from stains, odors, and damages.
    • Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Mattresses damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  2. Customized or personalized mattress orders.
  3. Clearance sale or final sale items.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer support team at unifymattress@gmail.com or via the returns portal on our website.
  2. Approval:
    • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • Return shipping is free within Tamil Nadu, India. A prepaid return label will be provided.
    • Properly pack the mattress to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Inspection:
    • Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
    • If approved, the refund or exchange process will begin immediately.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • If the mattress shows signs of use, a restocking fee of [10% amount] may apply.
  3. Shipping Fees:
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your mattress for another size or model:

  3. A new mattress will be shipped once we receive and approve your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. Report any defects or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Unify Mattress will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
